i think so far you've been posting a "upcoming episode" thread, followed by a "current episode" thread...
a single thread would seem more useful, posted before you record so you can fish for feedback, and updated when you release the episode...
as for the facebook thing, it's handy to have notification posts on there, but they're fleeting... whereas forum posts in general are much more future proof, and searchable for years... as an example, almost all the time i've ever spent on atariage has been scouring through old posts trying to gleam snippets of info that would have been long gone if they'd been part of a thread on facebook...
