"Je ne sais quoi" --> "I don't know what"
To make a French verb negative, you put "ne" in front of it and some kind of suffix after it:
"Je ne sais pas" --> "I don't know"
"Je ne sais rien" --> "I don't know anything"
"Je ne sais puis" --> "I can't know"

On a side-note, I haven't heard "Strutter '78" in years! I always wondered why they discoed-up one of their rockin'est riffs for re-release.
(Rockin'est is French for "I don't know how to punctuate this fake word.")

I don't think I'd heard it for a couple of decades, either. Whenever I listen to Double Platinum, I skip right to "Do You Love Me." It was cool to hear it on the show, though -- sometimes you switch things up to blindside us (cf. the REM feedback song a couple of months ago)!
On that note, is it just me who hears "feedBACK!" in his head now whenever he listens to "I Feel Fine"?
