Best mail day in ages!!
After trying to figure out how to do this myself (i.e., have friends smarter than me figure it out) & failing, I found someone to do it right. He installed a 2TB HDD into my original Xbox (the big, giant box from 2001), did some more fancy things behind the scenes & installed every emulator & ROM set known to man, as well as nearly every original Xbox game made for the system. It will take me MONTHS to figure out what is on here, how to navigate it, etc. I can add any games that are missing (there are some Xbox games I'd like that aren't on here) as well as any new homebrews/hacks that come out. If you're so inclined, here's a crappy video I made for my friends to show them what's on this thing. Enjoy!

Things gone a bit quiet on the forums i'm guilty of not posting at all during september... my laptop is so outdated that the browsers i use are no longer supported, so i've been relying on my phone more and more, and i don't do forum things on there... (i was recently given a Dell 3020 sff desktop puter though, so i'm in the process of getting that up and running for use in my attic room) i've also been spending so much time playing the 2d zelda games (determined to finish all of them, 3 done so far...) and catching up on the marvel tv stuff on netflix, that i haven't been at in front of the computer much for a month of so... this also means i haven't been sitting on ebay buying either... BUT, i do have a few items of interest on the way to me, just as soon as i can afford to send some postage to a certain mr Culver, and meet up with a certain mr Marland in october... (watch out for pix)

yesterday i got back from a small holiday to cornwall... today, postie arrived from 'merica... great timing... while on his travels, Willie spotted a Voice module for the Odyssey 2 (Videopac over here in europe) and was kind enough to pick it up for me, i also asked him to keep an eye open for a NES too, cos both of mine are PAL, and he said i could have his spare, gratis! what a total gent!

Here is something I just received today. Not games but certainly video game related and quite pertinent to this forum...

my mate Vic bought himself a TI-99/4a while he visiting Kevin Savetz in the states last year, knowing full well that he'd probably never use it, also knowing full well that i'd been looking to buy one for some time and it'd no doubt end up in my hands... well, it ended up in my hands earlier this week... the TI was the first computer i got to spend any serious time with, but not one that i ever owned when they were current... my first girlfriend's step dad got one, just after he got the atari VCS, so we'd alternate between Haunted House, Parsec, Adventure and TI Invaders (among others)

i also picked these up from a place called Electric City in Castleford, UK while i was out delivering during the week... can't buy myself a TI with buying myself Parsec to go with it...

nice... how are they? worth a spend? They are nicely done. The images are black and white but there is plenty of information about each game covered. It's pretty similar to the 2600 Sports Almanac book the same author made.

My order showed up today. No they are not all cib games. It is an order of boxes and manuals to make cib games. I have a lot of loose carts which will now have homes.

Very cool! What is that next to the Atari Force comic? I've never seen that.
