not a postie delivery, but i picked this up yesterday... lovely little gift from my daughter's grandma... it came with a ZX Interface 1 and a Kempston interface too, but the pic shows my divIDE interface plugged into the back of it, cos who can be arsed waiting for tapes?... (she also gave me a parallel interface for my atari portfolio and a bunch of other misc tech... but the speccy was the highlight) within minutes of checking it worked ok, i'd opened it up, modded it for composite video and installed a power light LED just above the reset switch so it not only has a lovely picture, but a nice glow underneath too...

iddod - you certainly do make the best finds!!
studders - I haven't had much time to play King Kong; my initial impression was not that great, but I want to give it a fair shot. I have played DK quite a bit (I already own the Coleco style cart) and have always considered it ok. The two screens get a little repetitive after a while. The funny thing is I've been spending most of my time either playing the 7800 homebrew "Donkey Kong PK" (which is excellent!), or Activision games. I just finished "earning the patch" for Enduro, so that is timely for feedback to Ferg!!

postie's been... again... won 6 videopac (odyssey 2) games in an auction, the dude then found another and lobbed it in for free, so a tenner for all 7 games... surprisingly, only 2 of them are duplicates so i'm a happy chap today...

nice haul! i'm kinda obsessed with pandas, so i really, REALLY want Panky (the game also looks great, like a furry Rick Dangerous in a mini Metroid world), but i'm just not in that kind of financial league, especially once you factor in postage to the uk and the inevitable customs tax... there needs to be some kind of european distribution wing of the atariage store

Trek MD, those perler beads are cool! Can I ask how they are standing? When I made standing ones, I made a small perpendicular piece to lock into the main figure. I don't see that there.

Hey Ferg, that is exactly how they stand. There is a small perpendicular connector that is pretty well masked. If you want, I can take a picture of one of these separated so you can see it.

Very jealous of your homebrews Trek. That Gizzle Wap game looks very interesting. Like iddod though, I rarely get homebrews due to the cost. I have been getting some stuff from eBay though and will post pictures soon.
